Hungary vignettes

The electronic vignette purchasing system for Hungary applies to motorcycles, passenger vehicles and their trailers, as well as to heavy goods vehicles (vans). maximum allowable 3.5 tonnes for caravans, buses and their trailers. These vehicles are authorized to transit the road network in Hungary only with the purchase of electronic vignettes in advance. The rates for the e-matrix (Hungary vignette) depend on the category of the vehicle and the type of electronic vignette. The category of vehicles is established based on the official data entered in the registration certificate of each vehicle, according to the maximum permissible total weight and the number of people it can carry.

• Tax category D1 : motorcycles, passenger vehicles with a maximum of seven seats per seat (including the driver), whose maximum permissible total weight does not exceed 3.5 t and their trailers;

• D2 Tax category : all passenger vehicles not included in the D1 category - for example, those that can carry more than 7 people - as well as trucks whose maximum permissible total weight does not exceed 3,5 tonnes and caravans;

• B2 tax category : buses - passenger vehicles, with more than 9 permanent seats, including the driver's seat;

• U Tax Category : vehicle trailers included in D2 and B2 tax categories, in which case the license will be purchased based on the registration number of the trailer.

All the data regarding the driving authorization (number of registration, maximum permissible weight of motor vehicles and their trailers) must be established based on the information in the registration certificate. Cars and trailers are classified as follows:

For vehicles in categories D2 and B2 used for towing, it is necessary to purchase the electronic category U license plate for the registration number of the trailer.

Validity

When, how and where do I receive the tax invoice for the payment made on this site?

The tax invoice is issued only in electronic format (PDF) on the email address entered on the payment page 3 minutes after payment confirmation.

5. Payment and billing policy

5.1 The prices presented include VAT (19%) in the case of prepay, in the case of Hungary vignettes, VAT is not charged.

5.2 The purchase price presented on the invoice will be the same as the one presented on the site at the time of purchase, price to which are added the costs of delivery.

5.3 The payment of the products is made by one of the available options: bank transfer, payment order or credit / debit card when placing the order online.

5.4 . In the case of online payments, the Seller is not / cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Buyer, including but not limited to currency conversion commissions applied by the issuing bank of his card, if the currency of his issuance differs from RON. The Buyer is solely responsible for this action.

5.5 All information used to describe the Goods and / or Services available on the Site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) is not a contractual obligation of the Seller. , these being used exclusively for presentation purposes.

6. Delivery policy

6.1 The delivery of the vignettes and the electronic charges for mobile telephony is made exclusively online, by email as soon as the payment has been processed. Confirmation of your order. This term can be modified for reasons independent of our will.
